I was listening to a Fresh Air podcast episode where the guest spoke about how his mother would talk about his day with him while putting him to bed, a run down of even the smallest events, and this is something I started doing with my son when he was two. He’s 3 1/2 now and still asks for it.

It really struck me how something so small can have such a formative effect, and how a random choice or tradition may be carried out in other households.

Hearing about this from another adult made such an impact on me- and makes me wonder what he’ll remember and feel later when he recalls his childhood.

I heard nurses are mean girls and sluts, that’s just my type! Who has the most mean sluts?

Also why do you guys complain all the time not to be rude or anything just saying. Do I really have to study? I also like pizza and I hear you get a lot for free.
