Anyone know the proper way to split a mastered WAV into 2 separate songs in Ableton without creating a tiny gap/pop between them?

I have one mastered WAV that contains 2 songs back to back. I tried highlighting/exporting each song separately in Ableton, but when I play the exported files consecutively there’s a tiny micro-gap or something at the transition point, so it’s not perfectly seamless anymore.

I’ve had this happen multiple times over the years and never figured out the correct method. Is this a warp setting, export setting, sample issue, or just how Ableton handles renders? Looking for the cleanest way to split them while keeping the transition perfectly gapless.
