Touch trade for my Feebas to evolve. + some help if possible.

Can someone please touch trade my Feebas so it evolve?

I would also appreciate if anyone has a spare Frigibax and/or Rotom, because I've done over 50 special scans and they just never appeared to me.

EDIT: I only need a Rotom now, if you have a spare.

How to build them as a team

I recently got Lauma for my Nefer, but my Nefer is doing very little damage compared to what I see out there. (60k to 80k per kick).

Are the characters artifacts too bad? Are the artifacts placed wrong between them? Or do I really just don't know how to play?

I really don't know what I need to do, I was expecting Nefer to be hitting between 100k to 120k but she doesn't come close).
