I think audio wires? Just checking

Picked up this ‘04 over the weekend. It has these av/audio wires (I think) in the trunk area. I tracked them up into the dash area and maybe towards the pioneer radio that is installed. Just thought I’d check. Bigger box wires just have me second guessing myself.
