I will be graduating so I don't need the apartment once Spring quarter is over, please let me know if you're interested. This is for a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom apartment (there is a guest bathroom, it's a 2-story apartment). You will be getting 1 bedroom and bathroom to yourself, single room. Rent is $1,375/month, the lease is good until August 31st of this year and can be renewed. Attached the layout from the UVT website. It comes with a bathtub, closet, balcony, WiFi, and other amenities. The apartments themselves have laundry machines on each floor, a gym, pool, study and game rooms, and a parking building.
