Does anyone have experience using the CH101 ultrasonic sensors and development board? My thesis supervisor wants me to use it to take cross sectional images of an avocado and intends to use them for imaging of the lungs later. I'm having trouble getting usable data though. I can attach the code but I don't know what the best way to do it is.

I have done subtractive normalisation with the iq data and have tried dividing it as well. I have a 4 way clamp to hold the sensors, with a degassed silicone interface against the avocado, in a fairly consistent position. The sensor key is the transmitting sensor, followed by the receiving sensor. The position of the sensors are as follows: 2 south, 0 west, 3 east, 1 north. However, even after normalising them, rather than the results grouping dependent on where the pit is, the results are grouping very tightly depending on which sensor is the receiver as seen in the image. I don't really know what to try from here and would like to have some better results to show my supervisor when i next see him. Any help is really appreciated.
