So as the title says I opened my own sports massage and sports injury clinic at the start of the year. The first two months were ok for a new business but now I’m barely getting anyone in.
In terms of business model I know I’m slightly cheaper than nearly everyone in the area. As well as regularly offering discounts on all services but it still doesn’t seem to be that effective.
I have a google business profile that is completed as much as it can be, and I mainly use Facebook and instagram to advertise with posts. I also tried messaging local fitness industry business to potentially offer discounts or an arrangement that would suit both of us but don’t get any responses (I think because even I feel like I’m basically cold calling).
I don’t really how to fix things or what’s the best way to get people to come in, so do you think there is anything major I’m missing to draw people in?
Or is there anything I should be doing to gather more attention/awareness?
