Sampler pack good or bad?

Still waiting on my razorock game changer to arrive, but ai got this sample pack from amazon. Will be a daily shaver eventually but will do practice on the weekends until my technique is good enough to not take too long in the morning.

Thoughts on this sample pack. Are these blades any good? Or good enough to do the job? An exciting journey to find out which blade I like, but assume it will take a while to get my shaving to a good skill level to even really know.

I did get this from amazon. I don’t think they are counterfeit blades or anything and it had a bunch of reviews, but am I better off seeking blades elsewhere?

Passed the CSP Exam Today!

Didn’t see as much as what I thought would be on there, but glad I finally got this certification! (First attempt but I have wanted to get it for a while).

Primarily used pocket prep and attended the prep course at the ASSP safety conference, which helped a lot and came with it’s own study booklet with lots of practice questions. Watched a couple of the John Newquist videos here and there and made some of my own flashcards.

Clean shaven daily possible?

Looking to ditch the cartridge razor life eventually. How is the experience when one needs to be clean shaven daily for work? Is it realistic be be a relatively quick morning routine (15-20 min)? Any tips like a synthetic vs animal brush or a shave cream va a soap? Is the whole brush thing really necesarry and less irritation aside, does it typically result in a closer shave than your standard cartridge razor?
