Thinking about doing some Google ads. I was going to budget like $750/mo so essentially $25/day. Is this a decent budget for google ads in this industry? Would just be targeting locally not nationally.

If you had a database of about 2500 past clients, but they have been neglected the past probably 4 years, and a good portion of them refinanced in 20/21, how would you go about reconnecting with them? Most are in very low rates. If you are in this position what are you doing to start getting back in front of them and how are you asking for referrals? About half I inherited from my dad when he retired in 2023 as well, and another probably 100 are from another LO that got out of the biz. Those ones all know me for the most part, but I didn't do their loans. I still get the random past client loan or past client referral, but not near as many as a database this size should be getting. I am contemplating doing some video marketing/messages with some professionally made videos "apologizing" for going MIA. What other ideas would you do? I am positive I've likely lost a few deals, but is there a chance I rekindle relationships with some?

Who has a landing page for things like google ads? What did you use to make it? I’m looking to start up my own google ads, my company has a landing page template that goes into my crm but I can’t edit much and in my opinion it’s not going to convert very well.
