Assistance identifying a book about Presidents
Okay I know this is a long shot, and I apologize but I’m hoping if anyone can identify a book on Presidents I skimmed through at Barnes and Noble years ago but unfortunately didn’t pick up at the time.
What made the book unique is that in the introduction it said it would examine each President on context, and their cabinet.
The two examples it used in the introduction were:
Was LBJ a foreign policy genius, or was he fortunate to have Robert McNamara as his Secretary of Defense.
We often credit Abraham Lincoln as being our greatest President because he guided us through the Civil War, but could [insert other President here] have been just as successful if they faced the same circumstances?
Again, I get it, it’s a long shot I know. I was just curious if anyone could assist with this?
Thank you!
