Hi all, this might be a newbie question but I'm still learning the game so I hope you can help me. I've never played other TCGs before, so I might not get the common knowledge concepts of card games. Also apologies if the question was already asked but I could not find a similar discussion.
I am a bit confused about assigning damage and killing units during the showdown. As far as I understand it (and might be completely wrong):
- If I'm an attacker and by the end of the showdown I lose the battle (my total might is lower than the defender's), all my units are killed and theirs are left at the battlefield.
- If I'm a defender, and by the end of a showdown I lose the battle (my total might is lower), I am able to assign damage to any enemy units where the might is lower. So for example, if an enemy has three units: 6, 2, 5 might and my might is 7, I can either choose to kill one 6-might unit, or the two units with 2 and 5 might.
Did I get it right or am I completely wrong?
