Closed on a house a few months ago and now suddenly my name and address show up on a bunch of lookup sites I never signed up for. I get why some of it is public record but this feels excessive. Did this happen to anyone else?
We’re onboarding a lot of distributed employees and one thing that keeps getting messy is professional headshots for company profiles. Right now it’s a mix of random selfies, cropped images, and a few actual professional headshots, and it looks inconsistent everywhere (LinkedIn, internal directory, website).
Management keeps asking for a clean employee profile look but there’s no budget or process for proper photoshoots. Feels like HR gets stuck managing something that should be simple but isn’t.
