I built a tool that turns messy meeting notes into decisions + action points in 10 seconds — validating before I scale

Swedish solo founder here. I kept noticing the same problem in my network: small business owners spend 30–60 minutes after every meeting writing up protocols, assigning tasks, drafting follow-up emails — manually.

So I built a simple tool: paste your meeting notes → AI extracts decisions, action points (with owner + deadline), and a ready-to-send follow-up email. Takes ~10 seconds.

Currently in validation phase — I have a landing page up and I'm talking to early users before I over-build.

Curious about two things from this community:

  1. Do you have a tool for this already, or is it still a manual process?
  2. What would make you not trust an AI-generated meeting summary?

Not linking the product yet — genuinely just want to hear how others handle this.
