Just finishing moving out of a slumlord special. Property management company took over the place years ago.

Previous rental is falling apart in every way possible. There's been a hole in the roof for three years.

Holes in roof, moss on roof, window frames falling from age, siding failing from age. Dead trees surrounding and hanging over property. Electric failing mostly because it's literally still a fuse box that hasn't been touched since installation.

Propane tank was actually leaking because it was 20 years past inspection.

Water can't be used for drinking/cooking because that water treatment system hasn't been serviced since the owners left.

Can't store anything in a cupboard or closed cabinet because the mice will destroy it.

When we gave notice they immediately asked how to schedule showing the property. Informed them that I'd show the tenants everything they didn't fix. Followed up with certified mail asking what contractor they hired. No response.

Who do I contact so they can condemn the property?
