Temu refund problems

So i mistakenly ordered a machine worth aed 100. And I haven’t touched it, I’m trying to return it but it says that I’ll have to do shipping of it myself and no guarantee of complete amount refund. What kind of issue is this?
The seller says keep the machine and I can give you max 25% of your money…
I don’t understand, never had this problem before on Temu.
Has anyone faced this? What to do in this situation. Someone plz guide.
