I had a *really* important and time sensitive thing that was supposed to be delivered today so I sat glued to my phone. The UPS app then said that there was an attempted delivery when no one tried to be buzzed in. I would have just thought this was a mistake if it didn't happen with another package the other day - also from UPS. I get the sense that the drivers would rather just take it to the access point because it's easier for them? I could be wrong but on top of these two incidents this happened with UPS last year as well. I took the whole day off work and now I have to take tomorrow off and go to the access point to get it. I really didn't have time for any of this and partially wanted to vent but mostly want to know if this is a bigger problem that others are also experiencing?
