Hey all,

I’m a 4th year dental student currently looking at skipping residency and going straight into practice. I don’t have the finances to let my interest accrue another year and learn best being thrown into the deep end. Lately I’ve been seeing offices offer mentorship programs with a more experienced dentist. Is this common and is it geared towards new grads?
