i’m looking at purchasing a used car, it’s a very good price but someone has “blacked out” all the chrome very poorly with black spray paint, has orange peel and runs everywhere, unfortunately on this particular car some of the spray painted parts are riveted on and don’t come off, so i’m wondering what i can use to remove the spray paint that won’t hurt the chrome or the factory paint
