Forearm/Wrists are tight/sore

Howdy, I’m fairly new to Cali…..

I’ve been going to the gym on/off for yearrrs so my recovery/rest knowledge is solid I know my limits and when to slow down when it comes to lifting.

BUT with Cali I’m fresh. My forearms and wrist are killing me right now. I’ve progressed in my frog stands, handstands & headstands. They are the cause of the pain.

Should I slow down? Hot/Cold therapy? Lower intensity? Or am I just being a bitch & it’s all part of the game.

Any advice would help.
