I’m trying to set up a system where a T-Beam M10 sends data via LoRa to a laptop while it is mounted on top of a moving car for an Eco-marathon race.

On the laptop, I’m using a Haltec V3 LoRa USB module, which is connected via USB.

My question is basically:
Can the T-Beam M10 communicate directly with the Haltec V3, and can the Haltec V3 then send its data to my laptop through USB. Or is it better to use something else?

I just want to send simple data (GPS location and sensorvalues) from the T-Beam to my laptop over about 1 km.

If anyone has gotten this working before, I’d really appreciate it if you could share how you set it up or if you know if this could work. Thank you

I am planning on doing my international project in Japan. I can join a Formula SAE team. I am still not sure which team to choose. I know that people say Nagoya can be a little boring. I know Osaka can be very fun, so I mailed them, but if that doesn't work out, I have a few other possibilities. I know Tokyo can be a little overwhelming as it's a big city, but that can also be very fun. The following options are: University Tokyo, University Toyama, University Shizuoka, University Yokohama, University Yamanashi, Sophia university, Tohoku university, Nissan kyoto university, University Fukui, Aichi University, Kanagawa University, Tokyo university of Technology, Kyoto university of technology.

Do you guys have any advice for me as in which place or city is best to choose?
