Debt advice? Financial situation; 25 years old

Hello everyone, first off, if you're reading this, thank you for your time as i know every second is worth value in some fashion.
As the title says, 25 years old, currently $13k cc debt at 18% interest. Was honorable discharged from the USMC in 2023. Currently making ~$5k per month, $1,800 goes toward rent,~$400 toward utilities and another ~$200 towards other bills. Full time student as well so when the fall comes around, I'll be making an additional $1.5k per month for BAH assuming I'm a full time student through the entirety of each month of fall till Dec.
I hope this doesn't sound too confusing and I'm am looking to eradicate this debt as soon as possible and hopefully utilize the VA home loan at the end of the year if my debt is gone.
Any advice is appreciated and thank you again for your time. Take care
