What do y'all charge "per pane" for exterior only commercial work like this? Building has 175 panes, customer potentially wants twice a year cleanings and paying cash. I have a tucker Ro/di pole system. I clean plenty of windows but rarely commercial particularly at this scale so hoping for some insight, I know typically per pane prices are lower for commercial. I was thinking 5-6$ per pane for around $1000 total if they commit to 2x a year services but curious what yall think, don't want to under price myself either.

Whats the best electric softwash pump y'all use? I have a remco 100psi 7gpm which works fine but I'm often needing just a bit more reach and power. I want a 2nd pump mainly to rinse with using a seperate hose so I dont have to constantly switch my chem hose on and off but also to be able to switch over to if I need more power to apply chem.

I tried 2 SESW Super8s (bad choice I know) and had both fail in different ways before even using them on a job... what a suprise.

I'm setup to run 12 or 24v pumps. I don't want a gas unit. I'm thinking maybe trying a Remco Zeus but really dont want to drop anymore money on a shitty product that doesn't work so want some positive product recommendations first. I really just need 8-10gpm and maybe 150psi to get that extra reach and rinse power in lacking currently so idk if there's an option between Remco 7gpm and Zeus that would be better
