Hi, I’m a realtor in NYC, and I need to move. I’m thinking about Vegas and Miami. I think it’s trickier to start in another city because we have Streeteasy leads here (like Zillow but free and 100 leads per month), and I know teams who provide them. Other cities don’t have Streeteasy.

1. Are there teams in Miami or Vegas willing to hire a newcomer and give him a lot of leads? Not just 1-2.
2. How do you prospect there without leads? Door knocking, postcards, and cold calling (except expireds, but I could do no more than 2 appointments per month with them) didn’t work for me in NYC personally.
3. Where can I avoid driving? I don’t drive.

Hi, can a recommender cancel his letters after he submits them? He’ll have around 10 schools. I want to move to another firm once he submits his recommendations, but I’m worried.
