High school track font
Looking for help to find this font from my high school's track. It's some kind of retro font with a shadow but I can't seem to find anything that really matches.

VA Public School Teacher here.
Does anyone know what the status is for the 2026-2027 budget proposal? There is supposed to be a second proposal with teacher bonuses and I can't find good information about the status. I know it was supposed to be done by April 22, but there have been crickets. We haven't gotten contracts yet because budgets are waiting to be approved, which I know is normal, but what is happening at the state level?! Our insurance is raising premiums 23%!!!!!!!!
