I’m three months post op from a reverse tummy tuck. I feel comfortable wearing typical gym wear and lower cut dresses. I’m at the point now where I forget I even had surgery. No more numbness or tightness. Just wanted to give some hope to those who may be in those dark days afterwards lol :)

I’m 4wpo from a reverse tummy tuck with MR. No more frowning belly button! I wore a binder for three weeks, now applying scar tape to my incision under breast fold. Can’t wait to get back in the gym at 6 weeks but doing weekly lymphatic massages (starting last week) and walking on my lunch break. Sharing my before and after because there are few reverse tummy tuck posts.
