Hi I have paid for 3 classes of which PT has visited only once over 2 weeks. He was unwell it seems. I had mentioned that I d like to pay in a monthly basis even before the first class. But, now he insists that it should be 3 months in advance. I have met him just once. How to be sure that he is committed to visiting for an offline class after the payment?
