The action justifies the means due to Nasrat Hakim. Good for him but I feel for investors like myself.

Why in 2026 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4 quarters earnings had increased while the stock price had decreased. Now that 1st quarter earnings didn't do so well, we again like the other quarters go further down. So, the correlation between stock price and earnings/revenues doesn't exist. What does exist is the manipulation of people having a bigger payroll to create price deterioration with money. I do wish Nasrat would stop using Elite as a piggy bank since he will make money if he believes in the company.

If 1st quarter earnings were important then what happen to 4th, 3rd, 2nds of 2026. Or has someone made it that way? But my question is Nasrat, taking 5 million is huge, we could have gotten the other half Adderall for little more. Regardless of anything if ELTP goes down, we are in a sad position.

Everytime we have our earning on a Friday and the CC is on the following Monday, we come out being a loser whether it’s lower revenues compared to the previous year or Nasrat taking more money from the company like the 5 millions dollars just last month. The stock is already 35 cents but could be .25 within the week.
