I am currently working in a Public sector bank as a PO and it's actually very toxic here. daily customer dealing with dealing with people's money and constant pressure from higher authorities. please tell me what is so toxic about corporates as people talk? what sort of pressure is there? can some of you quote some examples so I can figure it out. I want to know the reality. I have resigned from my job and currently on my notice period and I want to switch to a corporate job after this. please enlighten.

Guys I joined a psb on 16 march and joined the branch on 6 april. now that I have resigned last month. I'm currently on my notice period and in my probation too. mujhe ro se phone aate hai ke ye wale account kholo ye scheme becho falana dhimkana. batao ab kya karu? unko kaise tackle karu? I mean agar me unki baat na maanta hua bas unke saamne boldu ke haan sir kar rhe hai kar rhe hai and actually na karu. toh kya hoga? mere clerk ne bola kuch ni hoga bas transfer and promotion me dikkat aati hai aur aapko dono ni chahiye. me bas daily ka apna kaam complete karke ghar jana chahta hu daily aur kuch nahi. ab batao kya karu? 70 din bache hai notice period me. kaise complete karu inhe?
