Is this brood pattern concerning?

Is this brood pattern concerning?

Texas 8a

Wondering next things to check/do on our next inspection? Messaged mentor as well.

Nuc installed two weeks ago.

— Noticed a spotty brood pattern on this frame is this something to be concerned with health wise? I’ve seen a different frame with a solid section of eggs, so it’s not that the queen isn’t laying. don’t know if they’re pulling brood out.
—On the other side of the frame there’s a cluster of 10 or so capped drone cells.
—Another frame had an empty queen cup in the middle of the frame (not along the bottom) so I don’t know if that’s super normal or if they don’t like the queen and are preparing to supersede
—haven’t done any mite wash yet. They were treated this spring already before nuc pickup.
—been feeding thin 1:1.3 syrup w HBH plus and amino boost. They’ve taken some but seem to have plenty of pollen brought in and nectar. Plus a side of capped honey from the nuc. So they have plenty of food.
—still have plenty of space, at least a full side of empty drawn comb
— This hive had plastic foundation that was extra waxed from the factory but they didn’t really build it up much after the first week so I sprayed sugar syrup and they seem to be drawing it now. Idk if not enough wax is the main reason they’re slower than the other hive.
—three hive beetles on the bottom board

Thanks!

North Texas, Zone 8a

Just installed a nuc, saw this girl on the ground didn’t really look like she was doing too well. But can’t tell what exactly is going on.
