Any Ghost Markets or Replica markets in Chongqing?
Hey everyone,
I’m currently visiting Chongqing and flying out on the evening of October 4th.
I was originally planning to order a few specific items online via Taobao/Weidian to my hotel, but the front desk just confirmed that because of the Golden Week holidays, delivery logistics are backed up and packages won't arrive before I leave.
Because of that, I’m looking to hunt for items in person over the next two days. Does Chongqing have:
A Ghost Market (鬼市 / Guishi) or proper flea market? Looking for late-night/pre-dawn spots selling vintage goods, oddities, electronics, second-hand items, or old trinkets. Is there anything active right now, especially given the holidays?
A Replica / "Knockoff" market? Something with sneakers, streetwear, watches, or bags (similar to what Guangzhou has or AP Plaza in Shanghai). Does Chongqing have a physical market for this, or is it mostly low-tier wholesale?
If any of these exist, please share the Chinese names or metro stations so I can plug them directly into Gaode / Didi. Any tips on operating hours would be massively appreciated.
