Looking for thoughts on how to process fish
Hi, started catch fish recently. Good fish ( flathead and bream mostly) in NSW. How do other fisher folk process their fish. Fillet on boat and into eskie? Into eskie whole and fillet at ramp, or home? Into keeper net and fillet at home?
