Does this double wide boujee lux seem expensive?

I was looking at this home however we was quoted 225k for this base price, after everything included (well septic, hookup, delivery, etc ), it comes out at 240k. I feel like this may be a little over expensive. Anyone have any insights? We was in the proccess of buying it, however after looking at another dealer they quoted around $180k for base price, and 205k after most things. ( however, I do not know the 205k company like that, so have no idea if its just a quality thing )

Ideas for this driveway

This driveway is about 550ft long. 8 ft wide. ( eventually will let sides grow up so its only 6 ft wide ).

This is mostly clay, what would be the best idea for a driveway at the cheapest. Eventually we want to add rock and everything like that, but our money is super limited for a while until we get the manufactured home in.

I heard sand is a good way to mix on top for it not to be slick, but any other ideas that would be cost efficient?

EDIT: Made a mistake, its 22 ft wide. Picture makes it look smaller but just confirmed with the guy who cleared it
