23andMe Arbitration Update
Email update from David Lawler at Tycko & Zavareei LLP - I can’t add pic so this is what it says:
“We have received settlement funds from 23andMe. Those funds are currently being maintained in a client trust account pending resolution of an allocation dispute among the three law firms representing mass arbitration claimants.
Until that allocation issue is resolved
!, we will not
know the amount attributable to any individual claimant and therefore cannot make distributions at this time.
I understand the delay is frustrating. Please know that your funds are secure and that we are continuing to work toward resolution of the allocation issue so distributions can proceed.
We will provide additional updates as developments occur.
Thank you for your patience.”
Basically hurry up and wait lol
