Cried a little today…

…when I realized my clitoris is basically gone 😭 I only have one ovary, but before surgery my gyn assured me it would likely still function after. I’m 4 mpo, 45 years old, and here we are. I can’t even find it. I am still getting some sporadic ovulation pain so I figured it was still working. My libido sucked enough as it was. 😭

How do you know if you need it/it will benefit you? I had a hysterectomy in January, keeping my one remaining ovary. One was removed a year ago due to endo and a fistula. I’m not having mood swings, depression, or brain fog but I have had insomnia since surgery, bladder control issues (urgency), lack of sex drive (hasn’t been normal for 15 years since I got pregnant but worse now). My gyn said my remaining ovary should be fine but is it possible it’s just not doing the job? For those on HRT, does it sound like I would benefit?
