The only reason you shouldn't get Scapia
Let me start by saying, I love the benefits that scapia provides and I have used a bunch of them, it is very useful for somebody who travels frequently
But my experience with Scapia support has been horrible in all of my interactions with them till date. First 2 conversations, I thought maybe I just ran into the wrong people but it turns out that's just what the standard of support for Scapia is. I was trying to reschedule a flight yesterday and the app did not let me do that so I had to call support - mind you this was an almost immediate flight (it was for today) but they were extremely unhelpful, took forever to "fetch" the charges from the airline and never called me back. It was always me following up after the time they gave me was past eg. 1 hour for fetching these charges or an agent promising me a supervisor will call in 5 mins.
Scapia really needs to improve the support they provide to their customers and get these people trained properly.
