It took me 3 tries but I got it!!

Finally finished this I think I’ll add some charms

I’m making this chocker I saw on instagram (left pic) and this is how far I’ve gotten (pic on the right.I think km doing ok for my first project.

This is my first time making chainmail ever and I over the last day have been trying different things. Today I’m struggling a bit but wasn’t sure if I was connecting this straight piece to this triangle correctly I feel like the ring isn’t laying how like all the others are in the European 4-1 weave. Is it ok or am I nitpicking.
