Hey everyone, my partner (f23) and I (m24) are young professionals with job offers in the Boston area. Finding housing has been really tough as a couple with a cat, so I figured I should put out a cry for help here.

We’re young professionals who enjoy a clean space and good times! Our cat is the sweetest lil girl who is super chill and somewhat social. Our budget is $1400-$1700 and would love access to laundry in unit although it isn’t a necessity. Our move in date is mid-September, and we plan on staying in Boston for at least 3-4 years if we love it! My job is in Everett so I would prefer to have a 30 minute or less commute to work.

Hello, my partner and I are debating moving to Boston in September. Any recommendations to finding cheap housing? Our current rent is $1,050 a month, which I understand is hard to find without any roommates. Are there good services that connect you with potential roommates? Maybe some neighboring towns that offer cheaper rates? All input is welcome, we’re excited at the opportunity to live in such a historic city!
