So I know diet is a big part in it, but what are simple in house exercises for weight loss too ?
So I'm about 174cm~ and about 76Kg~ (which is about 5 feet and 8 inches and 167 pounds) at 16, and I'm wondering what in house exercises I can do to help me lose some weight ?
I will (try) and hopefully cut my diet some but I wonder what exercises can help me too ?
