Help me out what is this ?
So I left early on 1/8 forgot to clock out. I get a final for time off task on 1/15 . Site hr brings me into office 1/23 says I was basically steal time . I thought it was over from 1/15 feedback . I also caught his vibe so I went to app 1/24 and use my pto and Vto for the 100 minutes in question. On 1/30 site hr brings me into office and fires me for a cat 1 violation time theft . Takes my badge and escorts me to the parking lot just site hr . He used my badge to clock me out along the way . Here’s where it get good . He tries to fire me but can’t because of the feedback and I fixed the time and it was accepted by the app a week prior . He leaves for the day comes back the next day 1/31 and pushes through a blank termination feedback no files no explanation no nothing at 3:17 am. I have screenshots to prove everything. But to push the cat 1 through he had to delete the feedback delivered on 1/15 so he did and left my termination file completely blank . I was at a dead end untill I emailed jeff@amazon.com . Now I’m owed almost 11k back pay. I filed a EEoc complaint before i used the email . I sent the screenshots atached to the initial email . Just 3 . I have 11 in total and have provided them since. it’s double jeopardy and bad faith and pretext
