Indian banks only serve the Rich

Indian banks both private and public are only there to serve the rich people and not those who actually need their help. Recently I went to PNB, AXIS, ICICI, Indian Bank, IDBI, Kotak Mahindra to inquire about education loan of Rs. 30 lakh. All of them heard me, then rejected my profile cause they give money only to people who already have money not someone who needs it. They wont listen to you even if you have the ability to pay the loan back. I have a CIBIL score of 797 and worked for 8 yrs. I can put 15lakh as collateral from my entire life savings. But the banks need 100% collateral or need a financial co applicant who is already earning. PNB bank is worst of the worst, the manager told me I need 125% of the required amount as collateral. I mean why cant I get the loan on my own credibility when I got into an Govt uni for masters, with my own credentials. Indian banks are just a reflection of a very bad system. No wonder why lakhs of Indians want to leave India. Those who can are leaving, the smartest of minds. It seems like a very unjust system and cruel.

Do early admission offers have early acceptance deadline for German Masters.

If you have received an admission offer from the following programs. Please help the community with the offer acceptance deadline mentioned in the Masters admission offer letter.

  1. TU Dresden M.Sc. Computational and Simulation Engineering- Applied AI track.

  2. TU Dresden M.Sc. Nanoelectronics System.

  3. Leibniz University Hannover M.Sc. AI driven Mechatronics and Robotics.

  4. TH Koln MEng Automation and IT

Want to know if students with early admission offers have early acceptance deadline and then the university will roll out the offers for waitlisted candidates once there are seats left or how it is functioning actually.

My assumption is that NC frei programs are not truly NC frei. If the number of students exceed by a lot Universities will find a way to filter out the best applicants plus if they have any diversity criteria.
