We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter to join our life insurance sales team long-term.

What you'll do:

• Make outbound calls to leads we provide
• Follow a simple calling script
• Speak and Text with potential customers and determine interest
• Book qualified appointments on our calendar
• Update notes/statuses in our CRM
• Follow up with leads when necessary

What we're looking for:

• Excellent spoken English
• Confident and comfortable on the phone
• Cold-calling or appointment-setting experience preferred
• Reliable internet + quiet workspace
• Able to work U.S. hours
• Consistent, motivated, and coachable
• Insurance experience is a PLUS but not required

Pay: $3–$5 USD/hour depending on experience + performance bonuses

Hours: 20–40 hours/week

We provide the leads, dialer, CRM, script, and training.
