Problem with a contact

Hi all. My mom has a group of older people (mainly couples) who meet once every couple of months to go out to dinner. She's in charge of the emailing, setting it all up, etc. So last year, I helped her create a contact group and get all their emails put in. She called it Dining Out (which is the name of the group). Well, a couple of months ago, one of the wives in the group passed away. Her husband is friends with others in the group, so he is still interested in being included. In the contact list, his contact is the email address he and his wife shared, and it's under her name. But of course, every time he gets an email from my mom for the group, it's still listed under her name. He and my mom discussed it, and they want to make it his name instead so he isn't seeing her name every time.

So my mom went into the contacts, changed the name to his, and thought that should be golden. Sure, in the contact list, it shows his name. Her name no longer shows up. Cut to the next time she sent out a group email... It's her name, not his. If you go to the contact list, it's HIS name. But when the group is added, it's her name.

She deleted his contact completely so it didn't show up in the contact list (or, of course, the group list), and then she readded the email address with his name. Added the group to a new email, and...her name, not his. So I had her delete his contact again (over Zoom so I could watch it all and make sure, whatever), and then I had her start an email. No contact for her or him. Great. So I had her export the contact list (she was worried she would lose it somehow), and then I had her edit the list and add him with the email address and his name. Saved it, imported it into a NEW group. She started a new email and added the new group...and it's still the wife's name with the email address.

What are we doing wrong?? She's so frustrated, and frankly, so am I because I can't help her! LOL

Thanks in advance!

Word's Editor showing NO changes since reinstall

Hi all. I just got Windows reinstalled on my laptop yesterday, and one of the first programs I installed was Word (I use paid Microsoft 365) so that I could get back to work. (I'm a fiction book editor.) But I noticed that the Editor doesn't pull up any suggestions or corrections now. I also have ProWritingAid installed, and I get things on it, but normally Word has as many or more than PWA, and I'm getting NOTHING from it. No suggestions on any of the categories. What in the world??

Help with a table?

My 30th wedding anniversary is in a week, and I had ChatGPT help me come up with a fun little thing to give my husband. It put little tables in to highlight certain things, and for the life of me, I can't figure out how to get the text inside centered vertically. You can see here that it is more in the upper part of the purple box than in the middle. Can I send someone my file (I just copied it and then took out all but right around that one table) so they can tell how I can fix them all? :(

Which of these places/activities would you recommend for first-time visitors to Chicago?

My husband & I are celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary in August (well, it's in August. Because of his work schedule, we're going to be celebrating in October with a trip to Chicago from Kansas City). I have a list of possible things to do/visit/see, and I'd like to get opinions on which are worth it and which aren't. A caveat: I'm in a wheelchair, and I'm going to try to rent a mobility scooter while we're there so my husband doesn't have to push it the whole time. Either way, the places need to be wheelchair accessible. Thanks in advance!

The Field Museum

Shedd Aquarium

Adler Planetarium

Museum of Science and Industry

Museum of Illusions

river cruise (or maybe something to do with a cruise of some sort on the Great Lakes?)

the Bean

Navy Pier (This is likely to be a pick, whatever your thoughts. LOL)

Skydeck OR 360 Chicago

The Second City for a comedy show

ghost tour (Chicago Gangsters and Ghosts Tour)

zoo (which is better?)

As for food... We aren't big on high-priced, fancy, frou frou places. Definitely wanna try a deep dish pizza, probably Portillo's, Chinatown dim sum?

Any other suggestions for places to visit or eat? We'll likely be there 4 days and 3 nights, so...

Thank you!
