Impression
No acute abnormality in the right upper quadrant.
Diffuse increased echogenicity of liver parenchyma compatible with steatosis and/or fibrosis. Well-circumscribed 1.9 cm hypoechoic lesion within the right hepatic lobe is nonspecific and could represent a small hemangioma, pseudolesion, focal nodular hyperplasia, or adenoma or metastasis. Recommend MRI abdomen with and without contrast for further characterization. NWKS483
