Having painted about 20 years ago for the last Warhamster (and not being a enthusiastic painter at that) I was looking at the SC minis and scale. Is it me or do they look more chunky and “clean” then say Warhammer? In other words how well would they hold up to a simple base colour, shade and “highlight” by re-applying a “more pronounced edges” base-coats after shading?

Having played many a tabletop game over the years MCP still had a certain draw to it. Where first I was sceptical about having to paint superheroes I believe I am now at a stage where the painting feels like something fun to do (instead of a chore like with most army based games). I am just wondering, are there any dutch players out there and any stores actively carrying the game? I have seen some stores with residual stock, not much actual new stock though. Anyone?
