First Time Buyer
Hi All,
Looking at buying our first home and very interested in a new build. They’re offering incentives to work with their mortgage broker but compared to online rates it off. They’re quoting 6.75% for a 30yr fixed or 7.125% ARM which seems much higher than what online or credit unions are offering. Am I crazy?
