Needing Repair Advice

Hello, I need your help. My boat flooded back at the beginning of the year and I’ve spent the last couple months slowly putting it back together and getting it ready for the summer. I have so far been able to repair the motor clean everything out and get the electronics squared away, but my next task is working on the hull. From what I’ve researched I know this can come with a lot of unexpected challenges and complications. The boat never fully submerged, however, the back half did take a good portion of water which stayed around for close to 5 to 6 hours. Additionally, I had to pull the boat ashore and beach it to prevent it from fully sinking. This did lead to some scrapes, cuts, and gashes on the underbelly of the hull but no punctures. I plan on replacing the entirety of the flooring as it is warped and also repairing the damages under the hull. My plan is to try and do most of this myself at home, so any recommendations, advice, suggestions, or knowledge would be much appreciated. please let me know if there’s anything I’m not thinking about or even things that I should be cautious or aware of.

Thanks!
