My question pertains specifically to the RNAV Z 13L at JFK, but I’m sure there are other approaches it’s relevant to. Are runway lead-in lights (RLLS) part of the approach lighting system? Specifically, if you are landing on this approach in JFK and hypothetically get the first set of RLLS in sight but not the runway, can you keep descending to 100’ above TDZE?
