Component Looks Great for PS2 Games, but Grainy for PS1 Games
Picked up a crt for the first time somewhat recently, as well as a set of OEM PS2 component cables for the best visuals, however while I think its a huge improvement over composite for PS2 games, PS1 games just seem… grainy over component, the image is definitely sharper and more vibrant, but I feel the look is kind of distracting. Do PS1 games tend to look this grainy on other CRTs through component or does it look like I would need to adjust some of the visuals to get it to look nicer?
