Did I calculate the QT correctly on this ECG? I mean, at the beginning it was still within the upper end of the normal range, and then suddenly it increased to over 500 ms. I’m not sure which measurement I should take into account. Should I take an average of the measurements? The QT comes out longer in lead II than in V5.

I'm sorry that I'm adding the next post but I can't edit the previous one or I can't add photos in the comments. Is the T ending well marked now? I added all leads and ECG others in better quality, maybe it will be better to guess whether I have a two-phase T or U.

Did I mark the end of the T-bend correctly?
