Hi, I've been having this issue of dark lips for months. The Dr told me it was from allergic reaction from the ingredients in the lipstick (I have discarded it). The Dr prescribed me with dexaltine (oral paste used to treat mouth ulcer) and it brightened my lips but just temporarily. I am asking if anyone have any products or solution I can do to treat this issue.
